How Pllayer collects and uses data

Athive Technologies Private Limited and our associates/partners/successors/permitted assignees ("Pllayer", "we", "us" and "our") are fully committed to respecting your privacy and protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy ("Policy"). Reference to "you" in this Policy refers to the users of the Pllayer Platform (as defined below), whether or not you access the services available on the Platform or consummate a transaction on the Platform ("Users").

The www.pllayer.in website and Pllayer mobile application, either directly or via licenses assigned by us, are jointly referred to as the "Platform".
By using or accessing this Platform and providing Information (as defined below) or SPDI (as defined below), you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy. You also expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your Information and/or SPDI in any manner as described in this Policy and further signify your agreement to this Policy and the Terms of Use (being incorporated by reference herein). If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Policy, please do not proceed further or use or access this Platform/provide us with any information.
I. Definitions
1. Account – refers to the account created by Users to access and participate in the Platform. Currently, accounts are created via mobile number OTP login only.

Non-personal Identification Information – refers to any non-personal information collected from Users pursuant to their interaction on the Platform, including but not limited to the browser name, the type of device and technical information about Users’ means of connection to the Platform such as the operating system, the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information./p>

Personal Identification Information –refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person, including but not limited to name, phone number, email address, and residential/commercial address disclosed by you in relation to the services available on the Platform. Users may, however, visit our site anonymously. Pllayer will collect Personal Identification Information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information.
For the purposes of this Policy, Personal Identification Information and Non-personal Identification Information shall together be referred to as "Information".

II. Collection of Personal Information by Pllayer
a) In relation to the use of the Platform
To create an Account, Users are required to disclose basic personal contact details such as mobile number for OTP verification. We may also collect additional information such as name, email, gender, age, address and other demographic details if you choose to provide them.
We may also collect Information that you post in your profile, booking history, preferences, or feedback and any other correspondence on the Platform.
When you use our location-enabled services, we may collect and process information about your device's GPS location (including the latitude, longitude or altitude) and the time the information is recorded, to customize the Services. You can withdraw your consent for this feature by disabling the GPS or any other location-tracking functions on your device.
We may also monitor in-app communications between Users (if applicable) for the purposes of preventing abuse, safeguarding rights, and resolving disputes.
b) From Third-Party Accounts (future provision)
In the future, you may also be able to register for an Account using your existing Google, Facebook, or similar accounts. If and when such features are enabled, by linking such accounts, you may allow us access to certain information (like your name, email address, profile picture and other details permitted by the respective Third-Party’s policies).

Cookies are small pieces of information saved by your browser. Cookies may be used to record aspects of your visit and assist us to provide you with uninterrupted service. They may also allow ad networks to deliver targeted advertisements.

d) Collection of SPDI
For transactions on the Platform, Users may be required to disclose certain SPDI (such as credit/debit card or UPI details) for payment purposes. This data is collected directly by the payment gateway, and we do not store or access such details. We only use payment gateways that comply with industry security standards.

General Information Disclosure
