This Privacy Policy describes how Pllayer (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information from users (“you”) when you use the Pllayer mobile app and related services. By using the App, you consent to the practices described here.
1. Definitions
- Personal Data / PII: Information that can identify you (name, email, phone).
- Sensitive Personal Data / SPDI: Data with heightened privacy risk (financial, health, biometric).
- Non-Personal / Technical Data: Device info, IP address, OS version, logs, etc.
- Third-Party Services / SDKs: Libraries or services integrated in the App (analytics, ads, crash reporting, hosting).

3. How We Use Your Data

4. In-App Disclosures & Runtime Permissions
Before requesting permissions (location, camera, microphone), we show a prominent disclosure explaining:
- What data will be accessed
- Why it is needed
- Any third-party sharing
- Choice to deny or revoke consent
Permission requests occur only after user consent. Background collection is explicitly disclosed if applicable.
5. Sharing & Third-Party Services
- Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, payments. Providers must protect data and use only for specified purposes.
- Payment Gateway: Processes transactions; we do not store full card/UPI details.
- Aggregated / De-identified Data: May be used for analytics/research.
- Legal / Safety: Data may be disclosed as required by law or to protect rights or safety.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Third-party SDKs are audited for compliance.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
- Data is retained only as long as necessary or legally required.
- After account deletion, personal data will be removed or anonymized within 30 days.
- Backups are retained temporarily, encrypted, and eventually purged.
- Logs and analytics may be retained in anonymized form indefinitely.
7. Security

8. Children & Age Limits
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. Parents may request deletion if necessary.
9. User Rights & Contact

- Deletion / Erasure: Request account & data deletion
- Withdrawal / Revocation: Revoke permissions or consent
- Opt-Out / Unsubscribe: From communications or marketing

10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy and will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will require renewed user consent.
11. Data Safety & Google Play Disclosures
- Complete Data Safety form in Play Console to match this policy
- Include “contains ads” if app includes ads
- In-app disclosures, runtime permissions, and background collection consistent with this policy
- No undisclosed data collection or usage
